The Controller reserves the right to appoint as Data Processor for the personal data processed for purposes of technical assistance, maintenance, technical management and similar activities relating to this Website, a web agency or consultant whose details may be provided upon request to the addresses indicated above. 5. Legitimate interest of the Controller

Processing of personal data is also based on the legitimate interest of the Controller, such as exercising its rights in the information society, performing contractual services and carrying out direct marketing activities (in accordance with applicable regulations).

6. Mandatory provision of data

The provision of navigation data depends on the level of privacy settings enabled by the User through their browser. In some cases disabling them may compromise browsing on this Website. For certain forms of this Website, providing navigation data and/or the use of technical cookies is necessary for the proper functioning of the Website.

Provision of some personal data is necessary for the structure of the Website and its procedures. Any request for additional optional data will be preceded by an explicit approval checkbox.

8. Data retention period

Data voluntarily provided by the data subject will be stored until explicit withdrawal by the data subject, including actions through the browser, deletion of cookies, explicit requests or other forms of communication.Navigation data will be stored in compliance with the principle of proportionality for a period not exceeding the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.

Exceptions apply where retention is necessary to defend a right or comply with legal obligations or orders from authorities.

9. Rights of the data subject
