Tickets & Passes
- The ticket is valid only for the selected date(s) and cannot be reused. Once issued, the date cannot be changed and no refunds are provided.
- Complimentary and reduced-price tickets must be collected upon verification of the minor’s identity document and documentation certifying the percentage of disability. An official disability certificate indicating the percentage is required for verification (QR code badges or similar are not accepted).
- Entry for dogs and pets is permitted only if they are on a leash and wearing a muzzle or kept in an appropriate carrier; assistance dogs for people with disabilities are exempt and may access without any restrictions.
